Sales Consultant
Location: Central Kentucky | Full-Time | Competitive Compensation with Unlimited Earning Potential
CRC Roofing & Renovations is seeking a motivated and personable Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners and property managers to assess exterior renovation needs, provide estimates, and guide them through the roofing, siding, gutter, or window replacement process. If you enjoy helping people, are driven by results, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations and inspections
- Educate clients on CRC’s services and product options
- Prepare and present project estimates
- Build strong relationships with leads and existing customers
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure project satisfaction
- Generate referrals and manage pipeline through follow-up
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred (construction or home services a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Site Manager (“Runner”)
Location: Central Kentucky | Full-Time | Hourly
CRC Roofing & Renovations is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Job Site Manager, also known as a “Runner,” to assist in maintaining the smooth operation of our residential and commercial job sites. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll serve as the critical link between our crews, suppliers, and office team, ensuring jobs stay on schedule and meet CRC standards.

- Perform quality checks and take photos of ongoing work
- Communicate with crews to ensure timelines and expectations are met
- Address minor issues or escalate larger concerns to project managers
- Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites
- Assist with permit pickups or vendor runs as needed
Qualifications:
- Dependable and organized with a strong work ethic
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
- Clear communicator and problem-solver
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required
